Throttle body question

Hi guys did some throttle body cleaning on my sir-G and noticed that the throttle plate did not open 90 degrees. is this the way they are and if not is there a way to adjust.

Check the linkage or throttle stop screw

when u say the linkage u referring to the cable section or the spring section. and would the throttle stop screw prevent full throttle? i thought i was only for idle.

forgot to ask u opening by hand or with the throttle cable connected?

by opening both ways cuz i check it. when u open by cable and by turning the part the cable attached to

will have to that a lil later it opens about half way like between 45 to 60 degrees from rest.

My car is auto forgot to mention that but i solved the problem. the kick down cable was adjusted and thats y i wasn't getting full throttle thanks for ur assistance red_dragon
