D15B Cold Start Issue

Good Day Tuners
I have a D15B that refuse to start on a morning, just tumbles. Regardless of how many tries.
But once the place gets warm, it starts in one tumble.
Any advice on anyone experienced this issue ?
Ive researched an read online it might be TPS sensor.
