Soft will suggest the durometer is low.
I would be inclined to the softer durometer in Trinidad. Energy and prothane tend to be on the harder side. Prothane more forgiving than energy.
Supers are good but always seems to be expensive. White line are the performance oriented ones.

It isn't loud, but it is noticeable, compared to whiteline (black) and prothane (black) which have given me no noise in the same application.
