Has anyone ever done a K20 to K24 swap without the use of K-Pro?
I was advised that the swap will work if all K20 sensors inclusive of the K20 injectors and K20 ECU are used on the K24 head and block with K20 harness. K24 Came off an RD7 CRV.
Vehicle 2005 RD5 CRV.
Current issues- Rough idle at start. Check light comes on about 45 seconds after pull off.
-Code-P0171- Lean burn
-No vacuum or exhaust leaks
-Compression on all 4 cylinders @175 PSI
-Fuel pump replaced with new- No change
-A different set of K20 injectors were tested. -No change.
-O2 sensor replaced with new- No change
