spark plugs for golf gti

VW men and women..what spark plugs do u use on ur 1.8T, where do u get it and at what price?

Plugs for these are Bosch F7LTCR,Champion RC8VTYC4, Beru 14FGH-7DTURX or NGK PFR6Q.
VAG recomends 40000miles for plug replacement. I guess replacing every 20K will not hurt.
Chaps down in Charles Street POS should be able to find and equavilent to the above.
