Mmm... still strange that I didn't have to do that to the last set, but it's worth a shot.
The Armorall won't smear on my windscreen, right?

Im using Michelin Stealth wipers three months now. Best wiper I have ever used. One wipe is all you need! Purchased at Mathuras Auto Parts in St. james for like $115 or so. Cant remember exact price.

Michelin Stealth is supposed to be their mid priced option. The thing with the Michelin frameless I have found is that they are great... for about 4-6 months then they start skipping...

I actually found the regular michelin to work a lot better for my purposes

I'm doing the ArmorAll thing with my frameless wipers and they're holding up nicely. No skipping ftw.

Bosch Icons are the best frameless wipers that I have ever used (bought off Amazon.com).

No chatter at all, excellent wiping ability. But when the blades are dirty, I do get an irritating noise at the end of the blades' travel just as they change wiping direction. To address that, I just clean the rubber inserts with rubbing alcohol once a week.

I have to get into the habit of maintaining my blades yes. Cleaning for me is removing leaves or whatever causing streaking. LoL :-?

I went to five different major auto suppliers today to get wipers for my octavia. All said they didnt have anything for that type wiper arm. All were wrong. Simple michelin blades fit on the pin type arm. The michelin stealth

I recently changed a pair I had on a car about a year now. Was now starting to skip.
Unipet has them a bit cheaper than PriceSmart, BTW.

My last pair of $30 (PAIR) Rainbox or Rainbird or some such nonsense blades going on 2 years and no skipping, no streaks.

Best wiper blades I ever bought, serious talk, and I have used Michelin and Rainex.

Well this update is long overdue. To date, the wiper still wipes good. No skipping. Only thing is that when there is not much water on the windscreen, the wiper makes a little noise.

Getting the same problem to its very annoying I have the stealth series. I put some mothers car wax in the winshield bottle an it happens to wipe smoothly now. No skip
