The time when I had to change the a/c bearing in my Mitsu CK lancer, I ended up spending somewhere around $700 by Ryanair on Cane Farm Road in Tacarigua.

if the pulley is a little bigger the most i think is that the belt MAY be under a little more strain...which MAY cause it to probably burst?

bigger pulley means more turning to make the same amount of revs
using physics this would mean the engine needs to put a little more power to turn the compressor the same speed as before

a bigger pulley would mean the force required to turn the ac unit would be less, although the compressor would spin slower than before at the same rpm, the power it takes away from the engine would be a little less...if its is anything u should get a little more power to the wheels, but ur ac might take a little longer to drop the temp of the car...isn't the belt tensioned separately? if so then as long as the belt tension is the same it should not burst the belt...the tension required in the belt would be less if the compressor pulley is bigger..on the other hand if the ac pulley was smaller than original then the tension required to turn it would be higher that the original tension (with the old pulley). 0X
