so i eventually was able to pull up a code for the abs(abs giving erratic problems....abs light would come on sometimes and then again would be off....when light is on abs dont work ,just normal brakes)

the code was..... 52.... Solenoid valve, RH rear inlet...
what the hell does this mean .....is it the abs unit itself giving problems
car is a b15 with accelerator cable.....any help will be thankful......
listed below is the codes list......


NISSAN ALMERA('95 onwards) & PRIMERA('96 onwards) fault codes for abs......

Fault location
12 At start of the sequence (Primera). No fault is found (Almera)
18 The rotor of the sensor
21 Open circuit in front right hand wheel speed sensor.
22 Short circuit in front right hand wheel speed sensor.
25 Open circuit in front left hand wheel speed sensor.
26 Short circuit in front left hand wheel speed sensor.
31 Open circuit in rear right hand wheel speed sensor.
32 Short circuit in rear right hand wheel speed sensor.
35 Open circuit in rear left hand wheel speed sensor.
36 Short circuit in rear left hand wheel speed sensor.
41 Front right hand outlet of solenoid valve.
42 Front right hand inlet of solenoid valve.
45 Front left hand outlet of solenoid valve.
46 Front left hand inlet of solenoid valve.
51 Rear right hand outlet of solenoid valve.
52 Rear right hand inlet of solenoid valve.
55 Rear left hand outlet of solenoid valve.
56 Rear left hand inlet of solenoid valve.
57 Low supply voltage.
61 The hydraulic pump or relay.
63 The system relay.
71 The ECU (Electronic control unit)

it could be 3 things your sensors on the wheels dirty
or it could be your valve one of the solenoids bad
if u trace your brake lines u will see it goes to a manifold assembly with a little pump and from here it goes to your wheels. this unit might need servicing.
or your brain box bad
any how is easier to ignore it and use the brakes as normal my 2 cents

well it did say solenoid input...could that be serviced.....

solenoid input could indicate a short-circuit in the harness, or within the ABS Control-Bank.

so i got an abs module and changed it after checking the harness.....abs works good now...seems the unit was bad.............
