Viper 1002 alarm,doors locking but not unlocking...

Everything else works fine just not unlocking with the remote....
All door triggers working properly gettin continuity to all sensors....

Saw a partners car alarm working like that.....When he arms the car, the door locks lock....but when he disarms it remains locked........

Asked him about it and was informed that he programmed it this way......to prevent persons from jumping in when car is disarmed......(he was hijacked like that already)

Maybe it has to do with your programming bro....Check an alarm installer.......

how long ago did you install this alarm.....

Check the guy who installed it......Should be just a programming problem....
