Postby carfreak » June 9th, 2011, 4:12 pm

yea people was reading the superstreet online. showed a pic a mkIV supra with a V-mount intercooler. Now i seen these particular intercooler in Rotary setup. but wat purpose would it be to use it in the format that they did. other words wat be d gain, efficiency etc of that setup vs a standard front mount intercooler.

why you think?

intercooler-in-front setup tends to block most of the airflow to the radiator core. for track-car purposes and in rotaries to make cooling more efficient, the v mount setup is better, minimal shaddow-effect and air like dat fadda.
