i have a cs2 lancer cedia type gdi 4g15 engine an constantly one of my coil pk is burning (blowing)..
ill be driving good den al of a sudden the car wud start to miss fire den check lights comes on an coil pk wud start to swell an burn up the car continue to drive but wit a miss..any help whatsapp me on 7323998

When last you changed plugs? Is the engine grounded properly?

i asked that because i had the same problem with my gdi galant anytime i put super in ...my plugs burn...if you usually use super then maybe you have a short

I've seen this before, change the connector. Cut the wires and replace with a used one. The sockets inside the connector has a spring loaded contact inside it and the spring looses tension causing a bad connection which produces heat. Damaging the coil pack
