Driving them they are smooth and quiet but for some reason I feel when I step on the gas the car feels like I wanna slide of the road. This has never happened before when I had the other tires. Can anyone shine some light on what's going on here? Is this because of how they might be new or because of tire pressure or could it be a alignment or camber problem? Dread, it's buy rubbish, get rubbish performance. These no-name tyres can be found all side. I used them once and never again. In no time they wear uneven, noisy, don't stop well on wet road or dry road for that matter and traction is poor. Most people attribute poor performance to my aggressive driving but in instances where I wasn't even driving hard I had issues. Switched back to reputable rubber brands and never ever had a complaint. Chinks on rubber, chinks on your life.SamsMobileMechanic wrote:Premier Marketing wrote:I have a 2004 cs3a lancer in which I have enkei 17 x 7 wheels on. Hope you sorted out the problem, normally when a tyre skids during acceleration its a pressure problem. Your previous set used 30psi but you should try 35psi and see if the problem persist remember different brands of tires perform differently and psi would vary with car types its not a set standard.
Hope this helps
