i getting a real loud bad squeaking under my tiida, an also when i turn the steering i under wash and shock oil and it stop, for some few hours but it start back any idea what causing it or how to stop it?

I've been using Mobil 1 5W-30 in my 2007 HR15 Tiida and it's been running smooth.
