WTK WHAT RECOMMENDED OILS TO USE IN 2010 Y12 AD VAN

Tuners I would like to what recommended oils to use in a 2010 ad van/ wagon??
Engine- HR15-DE
Transmission non CVT

1. Engine oil? and mileage to change oil?

2. Transmissin oil and mileage to change oil?

3. Engine oil filter #?

4. Recomended engine coolant?

From what I researched the engine uses Shell Helix HX7-10w 30 and the
transmission uses Nissan J matic.

My vehicle is alomost doing 40,000km. I got it with 35,000km RORO.

Any good advice will be appreciated thanks

I use mobil 1 fully synthetic 10w30.
Transmission oil-Nissan matic j.
Sakura oil filter.
Prestone coolant.

Well I can't speak for everyone but I change my transmission oil every 15000km and engine oil every 5000km. 1 gallon of oil does the trick for the engine oil change.

Its a roro vehicle. I did not get a service manual with it. I tried finding one online but no luck yet.

I use shell 10w 30 or 10w 40 as of now no problems. I change my oil and oil filter at 5000km and the air filter, also buying a Mass air flow sensor cleaner. It was recommended to clean your Air flow sensor everytime you change your air filter. Then every two/three months I take off my throttle body and give it a good clean from Cardon deposits. I've had my Y12 for two years now and it's a 2008 model RORO bought it in early 2014. If you start getting knocking in the steering wheel check the "COUPLING" first. That runs from the steering wheel to the steering rack. I change my spark plugs every 6months to ensure Max performance. Liqui Molly is the best Gas treatment on the market to buy every three months I put in one as recommended because it's that good. As of now I'm doing 160/ 170 km normal on the highway car works like brand new.

Hey I forgot to say when cleaning the Air Flow Sensor make sure it dry before starting the car. Cleaning the air flow sensor would give the computer a better reading to send the right amount of fuel in your engine. Once it is dirty it would give bad reading to the computer and send more fuel to the engine which would have you at the Gas Station a lot and have you pocket dry from cash.
