Most likely it would cut off for itself after continuos driving but if it doesnt them go by a diagnostic place an reset your brain!

get diagnostic done...........OR do it your self..........
The information below may apply to Nissan y11 or b15(did it myself) and many other models

Stop vehicle and turn ignition OFF.
Connect the terminals with your own wire link PINS 4 AND PIN 9 or pin 4 to ground(same thing)(check manual or pinout diagram to confirm)
Turn ignition ON.
codes are in pulses...short and long ....which indicates 2 numbers

• A long pause separates each code sequence.
• Once every code has been displayed the code sequence repeats.
• If no faults, only code 12 will be displayed.(which is one short flash and 2 long flashes)on the abs light
NB abs light flashes..........

Fault codes Fault location
12 At start of the sequence (Primera). No fault is found (Almera)
18 The rotor of the sensor
21 Open circuit in front right hand wheel speed sensor.
22 Short circuit in front right hand wheel speed sensor.
25 Open circuit in front left hand wheel speed sensor.
26 Short circuit in front left hand wheel speed sensor.
31 Open circuit in rear right hand wheel speed sensor.
32 Short circuit in rear right hand wheel speed sensor.
35 Open circuit in rear left hand wheel speed sensor.
36 Short circuit in rear left hand wheel speed sensor.
41 Front right hand outlet of solenoid valve.
42 Front right hand inlet of solenoid valve.
45 Front left hand outlet of solenoid valve.
46 Front left hand inlet of solenoid valve.
51 Rear right hand outlet of solenoid valve.
52 Rear right hand inlet of solenoid valve.
55 Rear left hand outlet of solenoid valve.
56 Rear left hand inlet of solenoid valve.
57 Low supply voltage.
61 The hydraulic pump or relay.
63 The system relay.
71 The ECU (Electronic control unit)

hope it helps...it worked for me..................
