WTK: QG18 orginal Spark PLugs

Good day tuners i recently change the spark plugs on my Nissan wingroad which have a QG18 engine and it is burning a lot of fuel can u guys recommend a type of spark plugs to use

bosche super 4...(while you're at it change air filter,oil an filter,an trow in a full bottle of redline in about quarter tank of gas.run d car hard for a few days,or until the gas light come on.then full back up...you'll be amazed)
