Strange knock - Primera P11

This driving me crazy!
On the rhs im getting a knock and vibration when the car has load (2 persons and more) when im driving alone not really a problem. The knock/ vibration happens at a low speed and when cornering, it 'evens out' when the speed picks up. Yes i also get the knock when turning left, so i figured it was the cv joint, which i just had changed this morning, but low and behold i still getting the knock (not the clack clack clack you usually get with a bad cv joint)
Thus far, ive changed the right cv joint, inner steering ends, hanger rubber, even the ball joint!
Mechanic isnt sure what it is either, told me it could be a defective cv joint i just changed (what are the chances), but he told me to drive it for like a day and come back if it continues... and im pretty sure it will!
Any ideas or suggestions? This sending me off, cause is almost 2 months ive had this problem
