try this, at the first start in the morning when or when u would usually get the problem
press the gas pedal right down then turn the key
if it starts there or faster than it would if u didnt press the gas pedal
it could be something to do with the fuel delivery

another thing would be to disconnect the fuel line, and turn on the ignition to see if the gas flows
there is a relay controlling the fuel pump and sometimes that plays the asss

but only do it when u most likely would have gotten the problem

..... it seems u were rite man ...... change the rail though .... it seems to be workin however when the ignition is turned on u hear a buzz .... the mechanic advised to wait for the buzz to stop ... swith off the ignition ... turn it back on and them start and it seems to work ..... but is there ne way to eliminate that turnin on n off n igniton before start up >>>

the buzz, most likely is the fuel pump priming, usually it stays on for a few seconds then goes off
but i dont think it matters if u wait for it to go or not

i dont wait, i usually jus start one time

btw, i had the same problem last year

maybe you can get ur electrician to run a separate relay for the fuel pump
its quite simple and only takes about 10mins to do
when i did mine i paid 40$
dunno if thats the same price now
