Serena Brakes on a B14

I heard that the serena front caliper can bolt up on a B14 spindle but the serena rotor needs to be re-drilled. Anybody done this before or have any info on it?
I know that it is a double piston setup but I have no idea what the rotor size is. Can a rotor from another vehicle with the B14 bolt pattern be used instead?
