Been a while.. hope everyone keeping good.
I wasn’t sure if it was discussed before but did a search and found nothing.
Is the c200h (mild hybrid) exempt from tax as well? I know there was some confusion initially but I seeing some priced very competitively and when I do the maths, it not mathsing unless it benefiting from tax breaks.

Also, on the topic of MG, more so the electric ones; It appears Massy is currently in the process of building charging infrastructure throughout the islands. Currently Massy electric vehicle owners can charge their vehicles for free at the firm (or so I was told).
The incentive for these Chinese vehicles is there. And they aren’t bad looking either. Personally I’d never. lol.
Maybe in a ten years or so, IF they still around.

After looking at the reviews I might be inclined to buy a BYD.
Only issue lingering is the availability of parts like suspension and body parts.

Spending 1400 a month in diesel when I could spend a 300 in electricity and use the balance to pay an installment seems very logical

Heard on tv 6 they getting cars in December to go on sale in January

Starts at around 270000

Tops out at 500000

Seems a bit expensive considering no taxes

Jolion was safety tested (Australia) and compared to a Mercedes EQB, it didn't do badly at all, wasn't far off the Mercedes at least in the ancap test so safety-wise its good.l, link below to video.

Concerning that C200 "Hybrid" I have no idea whats going on in relation to the tax on that. Thats not really hybrid setup rather a 48V starter/generator system featuring the EQ Boost it was available in the previous gen C class so I really dont know why this new gen with the same system being exempted from taxes seeing some places selling them for as low as 315k. On the topic of Hybrids and Electrification I saw we were scrutanised for our emissions levels in some UN conference the other day. Maybe with some international pressure/s taxes may change in relation to both hybrid and electric vehicles for example removing the kW limit on the hybrid motor and going back to the 2000cc engine limit on vehicles that can be exempted from taxes.

Best wait IMHO next gen Miata ND3 is coming out next year so if you are buying from a dealer best wait till then see what the damage is in terms of cost. Its a facelift with better lighting, tech and further smaller refinements.

My convertible 2020 Miata 1500cc set me back 230k a newer 2k cc RF look to pay alot more but not many refinements other than dynamic posture control after 2022.

You can contact Ryan Vehicle Imports he is on Facebook and on this forum. Also if buying this budget for PPF and look into insurance.

If its a body integrity safety issue...they hadda replace body parts as a recall? Or maybe a replacement vehicle?

The Nissan VC turbo engine should be only in the Xtrail epower locally. We need more info, hopefully ends up being nothing.
Since they did report they strengthened the bearings.

The Daihatsu issue is also a worry since loads of Raize and Local yaris cross models may suffer from this issue.

Once people qualify for the 7-8year loan then they will pay it. Dealerships just work backwards from the monthly payment that sound reasonable to certain segments of people.

There is actually. The Thailand and Malaysian market has the RS model but instead of Vezel they call it HRV.
