Battery water level

so my Panasonic battery water level on meh kar is half way between low and high, should i full it back up to the high level with distilled water?

its in a brand new car less than 2 years old. voltage ok 12 - 12.2 when ignition on, 14 - 14.2 while running.

yes you should. Just below the high mark, depending on what time of the day you fill it.
