Looking for these services in the west

Good day all. I am in need of these machine shop services...

1. I need to remove a single stripped head bolt to separate the head from the block. The engine is in my tray, and I have no equipment to take it off.

2. I need to have the head pressure tested and shaved if necessary.

I need these services at an establishment(s) west of the light house. I don't mind going to two separate places to have these done.

Please recommend me some places.
