^^Well flip not withstanding....that was one of the best episodes IMHO.

What about the race against the CTR/EK9s in Stage 4.....(well there two actually...both from the Toudou racing school)most notably the second one where the pro race car driver was behind the wheel (no I can't remember the names )

YES.
however this particular series, tends to stick with theoretically possible.
Else the civic would really have won.

Aye how I miss that comment from UNkle Banzai?

Apparently, Unkle is not aware of some FWD cars that produce oversteer with throttle (or should I say lift off) modulation?

Wait....I think I said that in my initial response.....but wait, what would I know :drinking:

Not in a straight line! They show that Takumi uses technique to kepp otehr more powerful cars at bay. Remember the engine gets swapped out for another more power 4AGE (race ready or something)....they mentioned a figure of 200 hp therebouts when he first used it against the black Evo 3 with the Antilag.

yup
even when he ran the GTR in Stage 1, they reconed max 150bhp
He beat the GTR on technique plus the fact that GTR overcooked his tyres early on thru a combination of overdriving the car and weight..........
Off the line, the GTR left the 86 like it was standing.........took a while but the 86 caught up...how? momentum............the ability to carry more speed through the corners than the GTR

Aye, AYE!!!

Never doubt a civic driver's thoughts on technique.
The spoon episodes have proven that repeatedly.
