Updates are progress is going well and smoother. Might be using back original gas tank as it still has the spacing. I hope it can work, dont wanna build a new one :( could use that $$$$ on something else.

Still some bracing to do for extra pelting sideways LOL. When you think about it, the chassis work, the center brace, and the 4 points of the independent rear is like one huge bracing and handling improvement on this van.

Anyone know where does bedlining? I wanna do the entire tray so i can just throw tools and stuff on the tray instead of having to hear scraping and banging etc lol and all the rust that can build, wanna prevent it.

When the 26 build is finished, hopefully we should look like this:

For the RB25, i have gotten an EVO7 turbo. Custom flange and downpipe will be made. Boost pressure will hopefully be set on stock wastegate pressure....should be anywhere from 11-14psi.

After i get back the van, i will be having it up for sale, but only at my price. Reason being is im getting a deal on a nice 4 door vehicle and my newborn CANNOT be sitting in a 2 door van, and i don't want it to be the case if the main 4 door vehicle needs fixing at any point in time.

Two prices will be given, one with the van complete as it is and another with the rb26 parts. Spent tons of money and for those who know my cars, i don't spend on nonsense, i do everything properly one time and spend my money.

However, if the evo lancer project is finished which will be by christmas time, and i have no car issues, i'll keep the van as i'll have TWO 4 door vehicles.

^^thanks!

funny thing happened today, van definitely wont be selling anymore, the vehicle i was looking at ended up getting in an accident lol. Just i will be limited to delivering computers/parts and side jobs.

So i was just doing some cleaning on the rb26 head, need to make the engine look super clean. Looking to order some tools to do some valve re-lapping home here in case there might be head noise from usual wear and tear.

Saw a few of these vans in other colours, white, blue, red and grey but i think the black takes win. When painting over, it will go in a really nice jet black, and detailed nicely. Im leaning towards a purple/pink detailing such as calipers, wheel nuts, valve caps, minor parts in engine bay etc. Who knows, lots of choices to mix and match but look simple and neat.

Turbo flanges being made to work up on the engine. EVO7 turbo on an RB25.....imagine the spool....14psi low, 21-24psi high :D

Will be going with the lowest the wastegate is made for, hoping its like 11-14 max psi. No management to do anything except a fuel pressure regulator.

This week the entire rearend, suspension and tray and gas tank should be finished, back up and should be driving!

Just some minor tweaks and adjusting to do and a/c.

Mech told me he should be sending me some more pictures of progress by weekend coming or earlier. I believe those will be the finished rear and all suspension up.

This van was fun to drive on the diesel diff and old suspension, i cant wait to drive it on proper suspension, proper diff and extreme handling with the extra bracing and coilovers :D

AND CENTER CONSOLE HANDBRAKES FOR DRIFTING!! :D HEHEHE

Ok so i got the stock rb25 turbo to sell and the condition of the turbo tells me the engine is in top condition, hence the reason it pulls so strong!

Pics hopefully tomorrow

OK So its just to bolt up the rearend now, and smoothen and neaten up and paint the chassis and frame etc.

So far looks good, and on one of the pics, you can see project evo lancer how its taken shape! :D Im just awaiting on back doors this week and then suspension and engine can go back up :D That will also be a street driven monster, no tyre changing nothing, drive anywhere, drag or dex or drift and go straight back home the same way it came. Slicks if im planning to run a time i want, otherwise its just a personal fun powerful car. Just got some Project MU brake pads for it as well for the brembos :D

You know.....the turbo that was on my van was a RB20 unit, no wonder why 3rd and top end was out of breath, but yet it was quick. Now we are using a super spooling turbo capable of 380whp.

:D

Hopefully next week 2nrs! I wish i could of gotten it for my bday this thursday lol

So the tray went on and might have to build some wider tubs for the wheel well area or make a box or modify something smooth and neat to fit the top of the coilovers. Working on it, so no problems!

Getting impatient now LOL..........MUST RIP TYRES!!!!

Money little low to repaint, but gonna wet sand it down, and depending on costs, might give it a coat or 2 of clear and buff to give it a decent finish.

Rims.....what colour should i go with? Metallic Purple, White, Black, Bronze, Gold? LoL....

I was actually thinking of the metallic purple, as it would look really simple but still standout to a point.

Or it can go in flat black, with metallic purple lug nuts. Red calipers.
