btw don't worry bob I was VERY paranoid too...
so much so that I delayed ALL projects for a couple years... until I could afford to buy an economical "Supply Air" Respirator system and a few masks for sanding, grinding, painting... and especially for welding.
The extra wait was worth it IMHO.
I smoked for 27 years and QUIT 15 years ago; so I didn't want to push my luck any more. The more I read, the more paranoid I became about sanding, grinding, spray painting, sandblasting & welding.
