it's basically a bunch of people who share the same interests, both in lifestyle & automotive tastes... coming together and hanging out with their cars. In essence, that is what a 'meet' is all about.





For this particular 'ice cream & cars' meet, there's nothing extravagant about it... everyone simply meets at this venue with their cars, and get some Haagen Dazs. No crime in that... there's TGI Fridays and other fast food restaurants on the compound. These are social events in which people of the same online community, and same interests can meet & hangout together... even within their own circles & cliques, it's all about 1 movement. By now everyone knows our code of conduct, and all are welcomed to indulge.

Hope you guys get some traffic assitance and can cordon off an area. Parking at gulfcity is a mess at 930 in the morning. I'm sure you already have that in mind and with word of this getting out expect some of (my)south's finest idiots to do something stupid.

this 'ice cream' lime is 8pm at night on a week day (wed) ........... the car park is usually almost empty.

it's not an official event, or anything of that sort..... everyone's just meeting at one location to hang out and have some ice cream. We do not expect any large number of crowds anyway... seeing that it's a Wednesday night.

NOTICE : ALL of the Mall's Parking Lot rules still do apply, as usual for patrons of businesses on the compound. Please do co-operate with mall security and the regular police presence.
