I dont understand If I wish to get lights hooked up what that have to do with age

You aware that additional lights are considered unauthorized and therefore open you to be charged by local authorities?

Also, why not post in the ICE forum?

Better yet, head to your car show of choice and see to see who has the cleanest install.
that way the owner can advise you of who did the install and any advice/past experiences etc.
