Which has more expensive parts?

But wouldn't the non CNG City cost a bit more since motor vehicle and whatever else taxes were removed for the CNG version would now be applied? Is the non CNG City even worth the asking price?

I would go with the CNG City over the Accent based on the life cycle cost over the period of ownership.

I never knew city comes with CNG. We are talking about the 2017 model right?

I can't say if what they are currently advertising in the newspapers is the 2016 or 2017 model, but the Honda City CNG (it is actually a bi-fuel car) is currently being sold for just under $150k. The drawback with the CNG City is limited trunk space.

I confirmed. There is the City CNG and the (gas) City, but they only carry the CNG version. So Accent it is.

Definitely it is going to cringe the boot space with a 55kg or bigger gas tank.

Having dealt with ANSA previously and Massy now I would stick with ANSA. Much better service experience IMO.
