650HP Nissan March

Ever hear these noises come from a March?

Converted into a 4WD, Mid-engined Monster, the VQ35DETT powered machine is now producing 650Hp/700Nm to all 4 wheels, capable of a 0-100Km/h sprint in little over 2 seconds, despite still using a H-pattern Gearbox.

For those unaware, this is a creation of Glenn Hodges of The Lab Limited in New Zealand, a former Aircraft Technician, who set out to transform the innocent Nissan March into a Group B of the Modern Era. Using mainly Nissan parts for all the project, we have here a 350GT Skyline engine aided by a pair of Garrett GT2860RS turbochargers. Power is then transferred to the 4 wheels through a late model D22 Navara five speed gearbox, with brakes from the 370Z and much more.

Back in the day Prentice put I think it was a SR 18 or 20 in the back of a March ran it once or twice in Wallers .

yup...was blue was it not?...watching him pilot that thing down the 1320 was a sight to see... put level respect to his name after...

Yes it was Blue he was a Brave man Fearless , it ran well cant remember what times it did though .
