my wife loves these. I like them too, lots of space for a regular sized car.
Good height too. Do update us on how it goes. I think there is a 2.0 version, but for our traffic I'm sure the 1.6 is fine enough.

Are these crossovers best for flooded roads? I want to know which ones are good. I kinda fed up of abs speed sensors failing when going in flood in dem euros. And ppl jus goin in flood like normal. :agrue:
Maybe later down the road those cars might suffer.

ABS wheel sensors are Hall effect magnetic sensors. Water should not prevent them from working. If yours failed it could be magnetization, road debris, installation failure, etc.

The US military's HMMWV (Humvee) has ABS/ESC on each one using an ABS sensor that is nearly identical to the stock OEM sensor that GM uses.

Road debris is mud, leaves, small stones, etc. Corrosion is much more likely after an ABS sensor is surrounded by dirt for a while.

Hall effect sensors are typically reliable. Sometimes, the best thing to do is check the wiring and swap out the sensor.

What brand of vehicle are you referring to?

I find OEM parts to be of the best quality.

Jetta mk6. I use OEM and it fails still
I would like to know if ATE has a revision update on the sensors. I think I am getting old sensors. That's why its failing.

If your ABS sensor continues to generate a fault code, the reluctor ring (the sensor ring at the wheel) will likely need to be serviced or replaced.

I have a further breakdown of the date that each sensors fails.. You can tell me if it could be the sensor ring. If you notice...during the covid times, it didn't fail much becuse i hardly drove it. And now these days i don't go through flood or water because i know water causing it to fail.
