205/60/14 tires

Postby wagonrunner » August 2nd, 2022, 11:45 am

Anyone using that size or anything close to it in 14"s?

Was very happy with the Maxxis UA603, but the maxxis dealer is no longer stocking tires in 14, so forced to look for an altrnative.

Gosh man. Thought was a dying breed.
I sought Mileage Mack and they had Toyo reasonable priced when I was looking. There was also Dunlop available at the time. Specs on Toyo was better though.

However these checks were about 1.5-2 years ago so things may have changed.

Sigh.

What have you come across so far?

Whenever I shop for tyres locally I always tell them I want brands that older than 25yrs.

Went with the dunlop Sport SP 601 with warranty $610

I used SP 601s late 90's & early 2000s on the 323F. don't remember any tire incidents.
Hoping for same, while trying to remember to be careful.
