Postby djaggs » March 19th, 2015, 11:51 am

Hi all,

The Club's president Roland Jaggernath, recently had to undergo emergency surgery.

We are having a curry cue to raise funds to assist in covering some of his medical expenses which have become quite exorbitant.

Anyone wishing to purchase tickets can contact the following people:

David- 357-1356
Reuel- 762-0622
Kiel- 350-0052

Thank you for your kind support.

I know the name sounded familiar.I remember him from when I used to go Exchange Presbyterian School.I think he thought me and he had a black 280zx. Wasn"t paying attention to cars back then. Will definitely pass and buy!

Btw if you don't mind me asking..what happened to him?

He fell ill last year and was misdiagnosed by several doctors and left untreated for fairly long period of time. He had to undergo emergency surgery when the problem was discovered (large tumor in the colon) and complications from the surgery resulted in a second major surgical procedure being done within one week from the first. As a result of the complications he now has to be fed intravenously. The doctors said possibly for a year, but we are hoping for much less than that. The bills so far have crossed $250,000.00

It was actually a MKIII 3.0S Ford Capri.

THANK YOU EVERYONE

I just want to say thanks to everyone who supported us and helped make our fundraiser successful,
All the members from CARS who purchased tickets, the guys from the Rally Club especially Sarah Jane who worked really hard at selling tickets and got a lot of support from her club as well as provided labour, Duane from Trini Tuner, Devi and Gen, Superb Caterers, Trevor for doing the delivery duty for us and many others too numerous to mention here. You helped make everything possible. We are still in the process of collecting monies but it was quite successful and I will provide an update here as soon as I have a final figure.
