no names. i once saw a guy install a deck with thick beads of silicone and some thin strips of cardboard. he say that was good to go.

i assumed he meant good to go and do over?????

The worst I ever saw was a deck where all the leds on it were blown and the buy had to guess which station he was changing to when the needs be. When I asked him,
he said it was

"a good theft deterrent since nobody go see ah have a fancy deck"

This guy has some enclosures in the back of a station wagon (Libero wagon) which he has attached via a length of wire so he can "put it on top of the car when the music take meh"

The only OTHER problem is where he cud only play the music for so long becuz the 'box kinda damage a lil'.......when inspected....the man make the box outta carboard box inno.....like the ones from the grocery....and painted em black

Nothing wrong with that. The motion and resonance of the cardboard will act like a passive radiator if tuned right thereby enhancing his bass response greatly.
