Hey i just got a Stinger HPM CAP but i need to now what can i use as a charging bulb, i didnt get one with it

How many farad is it i might have chargeing card someware around 8)

turns out i didn't need one but it was a 1 Farad CAP and it uses a 30Ohm 1/4watt resistor
