lol...well they did get the parts i requested (not for free off course) in a rather fast time...what was requested by dave was the Schematic Diagram...this was not able to be fulfilled by the dealers!

was about 30 parts...here is a pic of the parts off the amp...(red arrows point to the parts he requested)...d day i collected back the amp he told me the problem was something to do with the output stage...he also said the amp was coming on and just cutting back off..he didn't show me this, so i ehh know if he was talking truth or not!

Dealers need to support their product either way....

Whether it not they choose to pay for the damage is another thing

I would like to shed some light onto this topic.

slickrick777 purchased and installed the amplifier at Mobile Audio Concepts for his Navara to play a pair of rockford fosgate p3 10 subwoofers, with the replacement of the stock battery with a XS D3100.

A few months past and slickrick777 in pursuit of more bass went by smalls in penal to get a system designed and installed, the plan was to use 4 sundown SA 10 dual 2 ohm add another XS 3000XP , Taramp TA1600 and a DQXS

when slickrick777 recieved his van from smalls he was not happy with the final outcome of the system and install, and chose to go by another installer to correct and redo some of the work in the van.

Up till this point the Taramp TA 3500 is in good working condition.

At this point they did some work to the subwoofer enclosures, mids boxes , and retuning of the vehicle

At this point in time the amplifier got damaged and slickrick777 called and explained what had happened and asked where he can get the amplifier repaired.

Smalls is the repair tech that we send customers to but slickrick777 was not able to go to smalls to get the repairs done because of there past business experiences, so the two repair techs that was mentioned was Dave in penal and Glen in Santa Cruz.

slickrick777 chose to go by Dave as he was the closer option. The amplifier was repaired and the cause of damage was it was run below its minimum impedance. So it was repaired and reinstalled where it worked for a short time and the amplifier was damaged again and sent by Dave again.

slickrick777 said the amplifier was damaged this time from over driving the input section. After alot of delays from Dave slickrick777 provided us with a list of about 30 parts that Dave said he needed to repair the amplifier.

The parts where flown in and slickrick777 was only asked to cover the cost of shipping which was USD $50.

slickrick777 gave Dave the parts to carry about the repairs, weeks would go by and Dave would say that he was getting problems where he changed out some of the parts provided and the amplifier was still not working

so after a few phone conversations with slickrick777 I told him that Dave was wasting his time and shortly after slickrick777 went and took back his amplifier and parts from Dave and surprisingly ALL the parts that were provided were not changed and nothing was done to the amplifier.

I believe that we did what was necessary as the dealer for the product and was able to provide the customer with the services that he needed.
