W.T.K what causes engine noise to come and go

yea tuners as of late I am getting engine noise it comes and goes when the noise do start if I put on my hazard light I hear it through my music and when I tip on my breakes I does hear a click noise through the speakers every time I tip on the breakes these thing only happens when the engine noise start. so can someone help me put here

It appears as though you're picking up noise from the wiring going to the lights at the back.
