Help with amp!!!

yea 2nrs just wanted to know got a little problem this evening with my mids amp, its a boss. Amp start tripping off but the power light remain green no protection light. When i knock the amp like 3times it stop tripping off and start playing normal what would be the problem and how to fix it thanks.

Power or ground connections slack.

if dats not the problem ^^^ it could be cold solder joints the amp would probably want servicing but first check the power or ground connections

Ok will i now going to check it out and let u guys know what goes on, thanks for the help alot guys, or and one more thing like yesterday the deck went on mute and the volume didnt wanted to raise until after a few seconds....would check all the jacks behind the deck too
