need some help dvd deck not opening

I have a Japanese made car and the deck not working I changed the battery and the dvd deck stop working help on who to carry it to have it checked out 758 2775

Take it to electro Rama I think that's the name they are located after grand bazaar when you leaving to come back out on the highway to go south you cant miss it
