i have a nze made in 2006,what body of oil should i use?

The owner's manual recommends 10W30.

@ Big Z ...

I am in d same situation ...but more specifically i am doing a milage of 100K plus..
I still use Mobil 1 Full synthetic 10 W 30 ...

is this oil best suited consuidering my milage or should i change ?? if so what would u recommend...

Stick with the recommended viscousity of 10W30.
I suggest you replace your PCV valve in your next service. Oil residue builds up in this and causes it to stick.
Stuck open = oil consumption
Stuck closed = seal blowouts

Only if you have worn rings does it make sense to move up to a thicker oil which will not burn off as readily. Trust me, your engine is still brand new.
