ae101 conversion to 3sgte..advice wanted

i hav a 101 corolla....i am thinking about puttin in a 3sgte///i gettin 1 for $15000..top mount intercooler...mounts u could say it complete...is tht a gud price??
when it comes to conversion..would the mounts hav 2 be relocated??
