AWD Motorsports Evo Street Car.. 1001awhp / 622tq!!!!

Postby crispeed » August 4th, 2008, 2:44 am

Quoting Mike from AWD,
'We got the car strapped to the dyno today for the 1st time since we made some changes.. 1st pull was 575hp @ 22psi on wastegate spring.. We switched to the boost controller @ 34psi 750whp , next was 50psi 950whp and finally with some tweaking & 53 psi 1001awhp & 622tq!! We had a personal goal to make 4 digits on a Buschur 2.0L motor.. We accomplished what we wanted with the new setup and now we are off to the track to make some shakedown passes before the shootout.. The Buschur Built Motor performed flawlessly as usual.. Previously we made 837whp on 4294 and 904whp on 4202.. The changes we made this time to pick up almost 100whp is below..

Buschur Stage III Head
Buschur 4.5" Custom Intercooler
Hypertune Intake Manifold

I wanna thank Buschur Racing for all the Products and Support. Dave has never steered me wrong ever on this car.. You cannot buy experience fellas and he has as much or more than anyone in the game. I wanna thank CWill my Tech for putting the car together and Crispeed our Crew Chief and Baddest Tuner I know.. His experience has helped us move so far in such a short amount of time. I will post several videos tomorrow.. If you guys have any questions feel free to ask..

Dyno Room Temperature was 96-97 Degrees.. This run was not made on Subzero Temperatures. It was done in the Florida heat.. We made atleast 3-4 passes in the 975+ range.. Dyno sheet is below.. Videos will follow.. Thanks!!'

Congrats :) Very impressive. Crispeed, what management was the car tuned with? Also -straight C16, or a blend?
