i paid around $15x for the wing mirror . *in chagaunas *Correction it was $56.00 *

Sorted out A/C, and car refused to idle properly with A/C on when engine warmed up.
The jack on the Idle Air contol motor wasnt clipped. I could easily remove it. Pushed it until it clipped and idle still low (in my opinion), but no longer cutting off.

We normally get IACV's for the nissans foreign used ~ $150.
None of my usual FU spots had for CS3. Got a price of $4800 new from faiz.

Ok well in that case, I paid $400 for a foreign used one at Mohammed Auto Parts in the Bamboo. It is on the side with Grand Bazaar, down past the exit to the Uriah Butler Highway southbound. No problems since. That was about a year ago.

Guys need some advice not very knowledgeable with the mechanical stuff so be kind. Got a CS3, 4g18

My car regularly doesn't start when in Park I have to put it in Neutral to start this doesn't happen all the time but it has begun to get more frequent. And as well I find that there is a delay when I changing gears like from Park to Drive or Drive to Reverse. Not sure what's the problem my mechanic told me to change the entire shifter. Is that a correct assessment and if so where can I can a complete shifter?

Very soon it would give trouble starting in neutral as well.
What happening is here is that your engine starting switch/ignition switch is wearing out. The brushes inside of it wears out over time. You need a switch. You can either check.........

Mohammed's has the switch you need....

good day tuners

I recently bought a cs2 mx-e gdi lancer it supposed to have a 4g15 gdi engine and a awd cvt transmission. which I think it does.

problem

my predicament is when the engine is cold its starts perfectly gears goes in and the car works great but after driving 50km it does not take off unless the car is rolling a bit about 10km/h then it picks up and works, reverse will not work at all. so if I stop suddenly or on a hill which is the worst the car will not move unless I shut off and restart a few times oh and I get no engine revs even if I floor it, had to roll down the hill and start from a distance to make it over.... it is e throttle.

what I did so far

went and got a diagnostics done and was told that the fuel pressure regulator (one on engine) was pumping 3.11 so I changed it and the new pump is showing 4.8 which the guy said was good but the pedal is showing up bad and was told to change that and the throttle body.

so my question is

there are also some oil leaks ( maybe cam seal and crankshaft seal ...maybe jus thinking worst case scenario... on the engine and a engine mount to fix. no leaks on the transmission, I was wondering if changing the engine to the 4g18 glx (which I read on the cs2 tread on tuner) would fit bolt for bolt with the awd transmission as I would like to keep the awd or do I repair the gdi engine I have. and when I have to any of these two can you guys recommend a good mechanic who know about these cars

thanks much for taking the time to read and any and all responses will be greatly appreciated

Sooo car works good for the first 50KM and the problem is the fuel pump, pedal and throttle body?????

I aint know much but that sound more of a tranny problem.

Also those oil leaks are normal and just a matter of changing seals.

Maintenance of any transmission, or mechanical part therof that has oil, the fluid should be changed. :|
This should not be the first time you are changing that fluid. If it is, be glad nothing happened.

Anyhow, the correct fluid to buy is anyone/brand that is graded ATF SP III. Anything else and it will damage the transmission.
The Mitsubishi SP III transmision fluid itself is sold in three colours. Black, blue and white. Within recent times, I have only been seeing the black....

hey pal thanks..............

one other issue

MY car keep swerving to the left.. i went n got it aligned the guy said the tires bend so i changed them but same issue and it eating out the left tire real fast... before i had replaced the inner and outer rank ends.. like if i hold the steering straight it goes to the right so i always hada keep it a bit to the left.... its annoying.. when am about on 80 kms or more and i tip the brakes the steering vibrates alot.

one other thing like when a, in traffic and the ac on and i roll up slowly without pressing the acceleration i hear knocking like @ the front left wheel when i switch of AC no noise buts its loud like clack clack...

Any suggestions?

First problem: Car needs aligning and balance the 2 front tires

Second problem: Thats the fan behind the glove box hitting against a wire, have an ac mech check it.

But if you also getting a shim when you mash the brake pedal you might also have a warped rotor

The clicking is the sound of the compressor tripping on, this also causes a slight increase in rpm hence the little move forward.
