Does anyone know where I can get Wagner front brake pads in north/central?

I used Mintex the last time I serviced but they left alot of brake dust and also after only 4 months they are ready to be changed. A friend recommended the Wagner brand to me.

I don't mind paying the extra for something high end, just need to know where to get it.

This is only the second time I serviced outside of Diamond motors. They do a good job, however its not convenient to me anymore.

My dad ended up carrying it to his mechanic to service. Not sure whats on there right now because he supplied the brake pads... I guess ignorance is bliss, once I can stop. Will be sure to upgrade when next I service.

Hey guys I have 2008 GT. Got an ABS service required message and was told the rear ABS sensors needed changing. I've been told by people working in DM that the price is ridiculous and I could source it online. Anyone know where I can get them? Thanks

Did you take a look at the sensor? Check the condition of the area and describe what you see.

Bought mines on Amazon. Search earlier in this thread from 31 Dec 2014 to about the 2nd or 3rd week in Jan 2015 for my posts with this problem.

Can't recall the exact price I paid but I posted it here as well sometime after for someone else who also brought up the same issue, and yes it was a good bit cheaper bringing it in (OEM part too). You need to know which wheel has the problem first though.

Ok thanks a lot buddy! Both rear sensors need changing unfortunately so I'd have to buy the pair

Found it
viewtopic.php?f=33&t=170555&hilit=sensor&start=2430#p8769409

The rear left sensor cost me about TT$1250 in total landed and delivered by websource. Changed it myself since it's a pretty easy to do, so no stealership labour charges. YMMV with the skybox charges.

The sensor was the upgraded one as well, as others are mentioning.

Hey Good day cy crew....
Having a problem..hoping someone could shed some light on it before a check the mechanic.
I am getting this loud squarking sound when the car come to a stop also when i come off the brakes after.
It comes and goes...but the noise appears to be coming from the front brakes.
Anyone had this problem before?

Thanks in advance

Honestly you should just take the time off and go to the mechanic because I still trying to find out what's a "squarking" sound.

looking for tyres

have a CY lancer with the OEM 16" wheels and Yokohama tyres. I find them VERY noisy, Terrible Road noise and even my mechanic at first ask if my bearings were bad.

I keep seeing ppl rating the Dunlop DZ102, Sailun tyres and the Maxxis
I just want some peace and quiet when going down the highway and some decent treadwear ( about and 400 up)

Which should i Choose?

Dunlop dz tyres are no good on a wet road. Yokohama advan tyres are better tyres

Have anyone ever noticed a difference in performance and responce in there vehicle after putting in a k&n drop in air filter.
I recently installed one and found that the car felt lazy or less responsive comparing to the oem filter..idk if its all in my head or what..but anyone ever encountered this
