You guys need to do a search, this is common on evos and lancers made around 2003. It's a factory recall. Turbo beast, yuh car might SEEM to be working ok, but with a working controller, the car will pick upa little power because there is not so much parasitic raw on the alternator with this fan on all the time, AND if yuh had a separate temp gauge, you will see at 80 KPH the car actually runs cooler with the fans OFF, rather than on.
And yes w2j can get those for you for much less than that ridiculous 3800 price.
