WTK: manual starter for ck lancer

WTK: manual starter for ck lancer

is the automatic starter on a CK lancer 4g15DOHC the same as the manual one or can they work in each others place?

if not why cant they be interchanged??

I had the same issue with the CB model. It is different. I had to use one from a mistu pick-up van. Got it at gazallie in charlieville. (The spelling is wrong). The auto starter nose is shorter then the manual one. It will work, but will ware and slip after a few weeks.

well i kinda decided that i going to give up my hopes and dreams....my visions and aspirations :( :(
and i go just change my tranny fluid and mellow with my four gears....

(*sniff sniff* wanders off to cry in a corner)

were u planning to change to GB...
wat abt the triptronic thing u were looking into...

tiptronic

i drove a 4g15DOHC with tiptronic a few weeks back and i didnt like the way it shifts...
is like using ur gears on the A/T

so i decided GB but the conversion i getting was missin some parts like the starter.....

so i eh see the sense in buying it if it will be incomplete and waste time lookin for parts

well i m pretty happy with the auto tranny after my 4G15 swap... :D
but triptronic conversion seemed interesting to me...
