heres the scenario.....
drive my 2002 galant to work with ac on, blowing cold, tings nice.
start up to go home, turn on ac, engine steps up, fan comes on but no breeze.
turn it off and on abt 4 times until I get fed up and drive home in the heat.
get home and check the fuse box in the dash and find that the 30A fuse for the blower has melted, not blown eh....melted!!!
can anyone suggest a possible cause and or DIY solution, or maybe a good electrician to sort it out???
Thanks in advance mitsu gurus.

tallboy is my usual go to.
but in your case. only things i can suspect to leak a current with high enough amperage to melt a 30A is starter, or alternator.

If any wires grounding enough to overheat then it's possible. Also it's possible your blower motor is going bad and that may also cause resistance enough to overheat.
