went 2 buy a pair of ck4 front shock mounts and i was asked if they had a bearing or not,,,i previously owned a ck2 and the mounts had no bearings,,,recently bought a ck4,,,asked my friend who owns a mivec and he said that his mounts has the bearings...
What kind of shock mounts does a ck4 have,,,bearing or no bearing and does it make a difference...

any advice would be much appreciated..........

I personally used both on my car before. With regards to difference; in my opinion I don't find it feels extremely different but the bearing ride is somewhat more smooth.

ummmm... depends on how you drive and yes like any other part with a bearing it does go. Id say the bearing type lasts longer and you get a better ride

just check your current shocks and see what it carries. replace it with the same.

i dont see much difference . Mines is the non bearing one i think
