cvt differential bearing

Postby mellod » June 1st, 2015, 10:16 pm

Hey guy a friend of mine Is looking to by a cs2a however the owner said he was told his differential bearings are failing. Is it possible to change out these bearings or must the transmission be replaced

The bearings can be replaced, however it is a lot of work as you need to go very internal in the transmission to change them. Might as well change whatever else that could be changed while in there. Expect to pay no less that $3000.

That sounds like pain. What's the number on the bearing?
