Ck2 lancer breaks

Hey guys .. I'm looking to service my breaks and was thinking about upgrading them instead the car has a twin cam 4g15 ... What is the best option for a bolt for bolt upgrade and on average how much the new calipers would cost

Keeping the 4x100 spacing

CS5W front and CK6 rear is an upgrade. Can’t really say how readily available they are though.
