Highest point of the cooling system must be the reservoir (not overflow). So basically you cant have any hoses above the reservoir cap because air goes to the highest point. You want the air to go to the cap to be pressurised and then forced into the overflow where it can suck back coolant as it cools. So basically fill up radiator, fill up engine from reservoir, start car and the water pump will start pumping coolant so the coolant level in engine will drop. Keep filling until coolant level is full. when it starts overflowing then put on the cap. make sure the overflow is filled with coolant as well. Monitor system to make sure fans come on and go back off and that it doesn't overheat. Done.

Media Graphics Ltd. wrote:well tbh i cant really compare it to anything. I bought the car with a blown engine and when i pulled the tune it was insane. Very far from stock. Boost was crazy high as well as timing. The guy i purchased from really did say he kept having to change blocks.I tuned after doing repairs, as it is im making 250whp on the 5eat with a conservative tune but my injectors are completely maxed out, water meth is what saving me. Not ideal but thats my choice. Hopefully will have it rectified soon.
